We have been learning about pirates this term. Pirate Pug left us a treasure map to go to the library where he had hid our treasure boxes we made. Inside there were jewels and gold coins small, medium and some large ones too! we came back to nursery and had a pirate snack and party games it was so much fun!
Another busy morning working on our counting skills and also developing our fine motor skills at the same time!
Our story of the week is the Gruffalo. Today we made these fantastic Gruffalos by tearing paper to make all the parts of his face. It was quite tricky but I’m sure you’ll agree we all did a fabulous job.
On a very wet Thursday we used watery paint in cold colours to create our own rainy days on paper. We dripped, dropped, splished and splashed the paint on to the page and then we watched what happened as we let the paint move around. Then we designed out own brightly patterned umbrellas to help…
